| 摘 要： | 本文报告氟康唑和酮康唑的体外抗念珠菌和新型隐球菌活性结果。念珠菌１１７株，新型隐球菌２株。氟康唑ＭＩＣ相对偏高，酮康唑的ＭＩＣ相对偏低，说明酮康唑对白念珠菌，克柔氏念珠菌，热带念珠菌，假热带念珠菌的抑菌尖性强于氟康唑。据文献报告，在动物体内试验抗白念珠菌活性氟康唑中于酮康唑，氟康唑和酮康唑对新型隐球菌均有明显的抗菌活性。

| Abstract: | This article reported the results of ant if ungal act ions on against Can dida and cryptococcus neoformans with Fluconazole and Ketoconazole in Vitro.Candida were 117 strains,cryptococcus neofo-rmans were 2 strains.MIC of Fluconazole was comparatively high,MIC of Ketoconazole wascompa-ratively below,these results showed antifungal action on against candida albicans,candida tropicalie,candida pseudotropicalie and candida ktusei with Ketoconazole in Vitro were superior to Fluconazole,but antifungal actions on in animal experiment demonstrated Fluconazole were also superior to Ketoco-nazole.Antifungal actions on against cryptococcus neoformans with Fluconazole and Ketoconazole in Vitro were singificant. |
