颅脑外伤致精神障碍180例的临床分析

目的分析颅脑外伤与其所致精神障碍的关系与临床特点。 方法对180例我院收治的由颅脑外伤导致的精神障碍患者的临床资料进行分析。 结果180例颅脑损伤患者中，智能损害综合征最多，为87例（48.33%，87/180），神经症样综合征27例（15.00%，27/180），遗忘综合征21例（11.67%，21/180），精神病性症状21例（11.67%，21/180），情感障碍综合征12例（6.67%，12/180），人格改变12例（6.67%，12/180）；额叶、颞叶损伤是精神障碍的常见部位。 结论颅脑外伤可能会引发精神障碍，要重视颅脑外伤所致精神障碍的识别和治疗。

Clinical characteristics of mental disorders caused by craniocerebral trauma

ObjectiveTo analyze the relationship and clinical characteristics of craniocerebral trauma and accompanying mental disorders. MethodsClinical data of 180 patients with mental disorders caused by craniocerebral trauma at our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsMental disorders occurred in all 180 patients with craniocerebral injury, including 87 (48.33%) cases of mental impairment syndrome, 27 (15.00%) cases of neurotic syndrome, 21 (11.67%) cases of amnesia syndrome, 21 (11.67%) cases of psychotic symptoms, 12 (6.67%) cases of affective disorder syndrome, and 12 (6.67%) cases of personality change. Frontal and temporal lobe injury especially easily induced mental disorder. ConclusionCraniocerebral trauma may lead to mental disorders. Attention should be paid to the identification and treatment of mental disorders caused by craniocerebral trauma.
