循证护理在社区静脉输液质量管理中的应用效果

目的:观察循证理论用于社区静脉输液质量管理中的效果。方法:选取接受静脉输液的患者134例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组67例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予循证护理,比较两组患者临床护理效果及不良事件发生率。结果:护理后,观察组护理总有效率为97.01%,高于对照组的79.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为7.46%,低于对照组的29.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证理论用于社区静脉输液质量管理中的效果较好,可降低不良事件发生率。

Effects of evidence-based nursing in community intravenous infusion patients

Objective:To observe effects of evidence-based theory on quality management of community intravenous infusion.Methods:134 patients receiving intravenous infusion were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,67 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received the evidence-based nursing.The clinical nursing effects and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.01%,which was higher than 79.10%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.46%,which was lower than the 29.85%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The evidence-based theory in the community intravenous infusion quality has significant effects and can reduce the incidence of adverse events.
