无缝隙护理对老年冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者的应用效果

目的:探讨在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)无痛性心肌缺血患者护理工作中应用无缝隙护理的效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年10月至2018年10月85例老年冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者的临床资料,按护理方法不同分为观察组45例及对照组40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行无缝隙护理,比较两组患者消极情绪状态及睡眠质量的变化。结果:经3个月护理,观察组抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量各因子评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理能有效缓解老年冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升其睡眠质量。

Effects of seamless nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and silent myocardial ischemia

Objective:To investigate effects of seamless nursing on negative emotions and sleep quality in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)and silent myocardial ischemia.Methods:The clinical data of 85 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and silent myocardial ischemia from October 2015 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different nursing interventions,they were divided into control group(receiving routine nursing,n=40)and observation group(receiving seamless nursing,n=45).Both groups were continuously intervened for 3 months.The changes in negative emotional state and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of nursing,the depression and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The seamless nursing can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression emotions in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and silent myocardial ischemia,and improve their sleep quality.
