香砂平胃散联合半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的效果

目的:观察香砂平胃散联合半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性胃炎患者的效果。方法:选取100例Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采取香砂平胃散治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、Hp转阴率及中医症候积分。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为96.00%(48/50),明显高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Hp转阴率为94.00%(47/50),明显高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香砂平胃散联合半夏泻心汤治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者可提高临床总有效率和Hp转阴率,并能降低中医症候积分,效果优于单纯香砂平胃散治疗效果。

Effects of Xiangsha Pingwei powder combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction on patients with Helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis

Objective:To observe effects of Xiangsha Pingwei powder combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction on patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related chronic gastritis.Methods:One hundred patients with Hp-related chronic gastritis were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Xiangsha Pingwei powder,while the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effective rate,HP negative rate,and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than 82.00%(41/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp negative rate of the observation group was 94.00.%(47/50),which was significantly higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the patients with Hp-related chronic gastritis,Xiangsha Pingwei powder combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction can improve the total clinical effective rate and Hp negative rate,and can reduce the TCM symptom score.Moreover,it is superior to single Xiangsha Pingwei powder.
