解郁丸联合米氮平治疗卒中后抑郁症的临床效果

目的:观察解郁丸联合米氮平治疗卒中后抑郁症的临床效果。方法:选取80例卒中后抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组使用米氮平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合解郁丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及抑郁状态。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单用米氮平相比,米氮平联合解郁丸治疗卒中后抑郁症的效果更显著,可有效缓解患者抑郁症状,且安全性高。

Clinical effects of Jieyu pill combined with Mirtazapine in treatment of post-stroke depression

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Jieyu pill combined with Mirtazapine in treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:80 patients with post-stroke depression were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Mirtazapine,while the observation group was combined with Jieyu pill on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical effects,incidence of adverse reactions,and depression status were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compared with single Mirtazapine,Mirtazapine combined with Jieyu pill has a more significant effect in the treatment of post-stroke depression,and can effectively alleviate the depression symptoms of these patients with high safety.
