氨氯地平联合比索洛尔对老年冠心病合并高血压患者心功能和血压的影响

目的:观察氨氯地平联合比索洛尔对老年冠心病合并高血压患者心功能和血压的影响。方法:选取144例老年冠心病合并高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组各72例,对照组采用比索洛尔治疗,研究组采用氨氯地平联合比索洛尔治疗。比较两组患者的心功能变化、血压变化、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的心功能指标和血压指标均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氨氯地平联合比索洛尔治疗老年冠心病合并高血压患者效果显著,可降低患者血压,缓解患者临床症状,改善患者的心功能,且安全性较高。

Effects of Amlodipine combined with Bisoprolol on cardiac function and blood pressure in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension

Objective:To observe effect of Bisoprolol combined with Amlodipine on cardiac function and blood pressure in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods:144 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=72,treated with Bisoprolol)and study group(n=72,treated with Bisoprolol and Amlodipine)by using the lot method.The changes of heart function and blood pressure,therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the cardiac function indexes and blood pressure indexes of the two groups were better than those before the treatment;those of the study group were better than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Amlodipine combined with Bisoprolol is effective in the treatment of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.It can reduce the blood pressure,relieve the clinical symptoms,and improve the heart function with higher safety.
