| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定暖胃舒乐片中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法采用ZorbaxSB—C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．2％磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调pH为3．1～3．3）-乙腈（87：13），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0．4856—2．4280μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=0．9998（n=5），平均回收率为100．7％，RSD=1．26％（n=6）。结论HPLC法分离效果好、结果准确、重复性好，可用于暖胃舒乐片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Nuanwei Shule tablet. Methods The condition for HPLC was Zorbax SB-C18 column（250 mmxd. 6 mm, 5μm） with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid adjusted pH to 3.1-3.3 with triethylamine （13：87） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 485 6 - 2. 428 0 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8 （ n = 5）. The coverage recovery rate was 100.7% with RSD 1.26% （n=6）. Conclusion The method shows good separating result, accuracy and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Nuanwei Shule Tablet. |
