腰椎间盘突出症行腰椎间孔神经阻滞的护理研究

目的：对腰椎间盘突出症行腰椎间孔神经阻滞患者护理干预产生的疗效及心理状况的影响进行分析。方法：选择腰椎间盘突出症行腰椎间孔神经阻滞治疗的患者80例，作为本次研究的对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施护理干预措施，对两组患者的临床护理效果、患者的焦虑、抑郁情况、并发症等进行比较分析。结果：观察组和对照组患者的临床护理疗效总有效率分别为95.00%、70.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组和对照组患者的焦虑、抑郁发生率治疗后比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组和对照组患者的并发症发生率分别为7.50%、52.50%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：护理干预的实施，可以提高患者的治疗效果，降低并发症的产生，促进患者的康复。

Hole between lines of lumbar disc prolapse lumbar nerve block of nursing research

Objective:The line hole between lumbar nerve block for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion nursing intervention in patients with curative effect and the influence of psychological status is analyzed. Methods:in February 2013 to February 2014 during, hole between lines of lumbar disc prolapse of lumbar nerve block treatment of 80 cases of patients, as the object of the present study were randomly divided into control group and observation group 40 cases in each. Control group routine nursing, the observation group of nursing intervention measures, clinical nursing effect of two groups of patients, patients with anxiety, depression, and complications such as comparative analysis. Results:the observation group and control group in patients with clinical nursing effect of total effective rate 95.00%, 70.00% respectively, statistically significant ( P<0.05). Observation group and control group patients compared the incidence of anxiety and depression after treatment, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Observation group and control group patients with complication rates were 7.50%、52.50%(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion:the implementation of nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of patients, reduce complications, promote the recovery of patients.
