| 摘 要： | 总结护理技能竞赛对护理教育的影响。该文对护理技能竞赛进行总结和反思，认为：护理技能竞赛有利于改善实训教学条件，提高教师的教学能力，缩短学校教学与临床实践的差距，有利于学生培养评判性思维能力，增强学生的职业素质；同时，护理技能竞赛结果的反馈也折射出日常教学存在的弊端。护理教学中应以技能竞赛为契机，全面推动教学水平和护生操作技能的提高。

Analysis on the Influence of the Technique Contest on Nursing Education |

| Abstract: | We summarize the influence of the technique contest on nursing education. Through taking part in all kinds of nursing technique contest, we can get the benefit for improving training teaching condition and teachers' teaching ability, and bridging the school teaching and the clinical practice. It is also beneficial to cultivate the students' ability of critical thinking and career competence. Meanwhile, the contest result can reflect the shortcomings of our routine nursing teaching. We summarize and considerate the experience in nursing technique contest to promote teaching and skill level in the routine teaching in future. |
