中医康复护理在脑梗死患者功能康复中的应用效果观察

目的：比较常规内科护理与中医康复护理对脑梗死患者功能康复中的应用效果分析。方法：128例脑梗死患者临床资料回顾性分析，其中61例常规内科护理为对照组；另67例为干预组，在常规内科护理基础上，应用中医辨证论治及康复护理。比较两组患者入院后第1天、第2周末时神经功能缺损、生活活动能力。结果：入院第1天，两组患者的神经功能缺损、生活活动能力比较差异无显著性（P>0.05）；入院2周末，干预组较对照组患者神经功能缺损、生活活动能力明显好转（P<0.05）。结论：中医康复护理可以改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺损，提高患者生活活动能力和生活质量。

Application observed of traditional rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective: To compare application effect analysis of the conventional medical care and Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:The clinical data of 128 cases of cerebral infarction patients were retrospectively analyzed, 61 cases of conventional medical care was the control group;The other 67 cases was the intervention group, on the basis of routine medical care, application of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and rehabilitation care. Compare two groups of patients nerve function defect and life activity after admission for 1 day, 2 weekends. Results:There was no significant difference with nerve function defect and life activity after admission for 1 day ( P>0.05);but compared with the control group patients, the nerve function defect and life activity improved significantly in intervention group after 2 weekends ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing can improve nerve function defect in patients with cerebral infarction, improve the patient′s life activity ability and life quality.
