| 摘 要： | 卵巢的淋巴管瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤。该文通过1例右侧卵巢囊性淋巴管瘤误诊为畸胎瘤的病例阐述以及相关文献复习，以期以后对该类似病例的临床诊疗有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Lymphangioma of the ovary is a rare tumor. Through 1 case on the right side of the ovarian cystic lymphangioma misdiagnosed as teratoma cases and literature review, it is intended to be helpful to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the similar cases at a later stage. |
