| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药保留灌肠综合治疗手足口病的疗效。方法：50例手足口病患儿采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组静脉使用利巴韦林和丙种球蛋白等对症治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药保留灌肠。观察热退和皮疹消退的时间。结果：观察组和对照组的热退和皮疹消退时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药保留灌肠综合治疗手足口病，显效快，疗程短，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of combined treatment retention enema HFMD patients. Methods:50 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease children were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table.The control group was given ribavirin and gamma globulin symptomatic treatment,the observation group treated with herbal retention enema on the basis of the control group.Heat back and rash subsided time were observed.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups of heat back and rash subsided time (P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal retention enema combined treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease was markedly faster,short course,worthy of clinical application. |
