摘    要:目的探讨16层螺旋CT(MSCT)和后处理技术在脊柱侧弯诊断中的应用。材料和方法2005年我院收治32名脊柱侧弯患者。术前均行PHILIPS16层螺旋CT全脊柱扫描,然后在工作站完成多平面和曲面重组(MPR/CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积重组技术(VR)。回顾性评价MSCT不同后处理技术的作用和优势。结果MPR/CPR可以从各个角度重组单个畸形锥体的冠状、失状影像,是最方便实用的显示方法。MIP因为层次不明了,不适用脊柱侧弯的诊断。VR可以全面显示,综合分析,对外科手术治疗很有价值。结论MSCT全脊柱扫描结合后处理技术对脊柱侧弯的诊断和手术方法的制定有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the value of 16-slice spiral CT and post-processing for diagnosis in scoliosis. Methods: 32 cases with scoliosis. All patients were performed 16-slice spiral CT scan before surgical operation. And images were reconstructed by maxi-intensity projection MIP, multi-planner / curved planner reconstruction MPR/CPR, volume rendering VR. Results: MRP/CPR techniques were easily used for Scoliosis with coronary and sagittal image. But MIP technique was not good. VR technique can directly and clearly show the scoliosis. It is valuable for surgical operation. Conclusion: MSCT can be used for scanning of the whole spine, and post-processing techniques can evaluate scoliosis and the operation.
