| 摘 要： | 目的：分析有或无典型胸痛的心律失常对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）的诊断价值。方法：210例各类心律失常患者分为伴典型胸痛的A组102例和不伴典型胸痛的B组108例，作冠状动脉（冠脉）造影检查。结果：A组中98例（96．1％）有冠脉病变，而B组中仅18例（16．7％），差异有显著性（P＜0．001），结论：对心律失常患者诊断为冠心病时，应结合临床胸痛症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of coronary heart disease (CHD)in arrhythmic patients with or without typical chest pain. Methods 210 patients with arrhythmias were divided into group A(102 patients with atypical chest pain)and growp B(108 patients without atypical chest pain).Coronary angiograply was performed in all patients. Results The result of coronary angiography showed that 98 patients ( 96.1 %)appeared coronary aretery stenosis in group A and only 18 patients(16.7%)in growp B(P<0.001). Conclusion In patients with arrhythmias,the diagnosis of CHD should be combined with clinical symptom of chest pain. |
