健康教育对精神分裂症患者及陪护家属心理健康的影响

目的 探讨健康教育对精神分裂症患者及其陪护家属心理健康的影响。方法将216例精神分裂症患者及家属随机分为两组，每组108例，两组患者均接受常规治疗与护理，研究组患者及家属接受相关健康教育。于出院时采用简明精神病量表评定患者的精神症状，自知力与治疗态度问卷评定患者自知力水平；采用症状自评量表评定家属的心理健康状况；陪护家属采用治疗依从性问卷评定患者的治疗依从性。结果研究组简明精神病量表、自知力与治疗态度问卷和治疗依从性量表评分的减分值均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。研究组家属症状自评量表各因子分减分值均显著高于对照组家属（P〈0．01）。结论健康教育对精神分裂症患者的自知力、治疗依从性和病情的康复均有明显的促进作用；并能显著改善患者家属的心理健康状况，提高家庭对患者的支持度与监护能力，有利于患者的家庭治疗，对促进患者的全面康复具有重要意义。

The effect of health education on mental health status of schizophrenia patients and attending family

Objective To study and attending family. Methods the effect of healthy education on mental health of schizophrenia patients 216 schizophrenia patients and their attending family were randomly divided into research group and control group, each group has 108 example. They all accepted conventional therapy, research group and their attending family accepted relative health education. Using brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS） to evaluate psychiatric symptom of the patients, and the insight and treatment attitude questionnaire （ITAQ） to evaluate insight level; using symptom checklist （SLC-90） to evaluate mental health of atlending family; using therapy compliance questionnaire by attending family to evaluate therapy compliance of the patients at discharge and half a year. Results After healthy education the decrease data of brief psychiatric rating scale, insight and treatment attitude questionnaire and therapy compliance questionnaire on research group is obviously higher than control group（P〈0.01）. Every factor data of atten- ding family symptom checklist questionnaire of research group is obviously higher than control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The health education is a promotion to schizophrenia patients＇ insight, therapy compliance, enhances the family to the patient the support and guardianship ability the recovery of pathogenetic condition; and can obviously improve the patient family member＇s mental health ; enhances family＇ s the support and guardianship ability to the patient which is benefit to domestic treatment of patients and is important to comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
