| 摘 要： | 目的探讨贲门癌手术的合适径路。方法回顾性分析100例贲门癌手术的临床资料。结果经腹(68例)、经胸(32例)两种手术径路的切缘癌残留率、平均清扫淋巴结数目、吻合口瘘发生率、5年生存率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经腹组手术时间短于经胸组[(2.18±0.03)hvs.(2.99±0.08)h],平均输血量少于经胸组[(218.75±23.72)ml vs.(337.50±32.96)ml],术后平均住院时间短于经胸组[(13.49±0.13)d vs.(16.34±0.38)d](P<0.01)。经腹组心肺并发症少于经胸组(7例vs.14例)(P<0.05)。结论经腹径路是贲门癌手术较好的选择。
