| 摘 要： | 目的探讨水通道蛋白3(AQP-3)在鼻息肉组织中的表达。方法对50例下鼻甲组织和137例鼻息肉组织(水肿型78例,腺囊肿型32例,纤维型27例),应用免疫组织化学技术检测AQP-3在下鼻甲黏膜组织和不同组织分型鼻息肉组织中的表达。结果在腺体、血管及血窦内皮,水肿型鼻息肉AQP-3阳性细胞率显著高于腺囊肿型和纤维型(P<0.01)。结论 AQP-3与鼻息肉的形成密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of aquaporin-3(AQP-3) in nasal polyps.
