| 摘 要： | 目的评价GEMOX方案治疗晚期胰腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法 42例晚期胰腺癌患者给予吉西他滨800～1200mg/m2,静脉滴注30min,d1、d8;奥沙利铂135mg/m2,静脉滴注2h,d1。2周期后评价化疗效果。无效病例终止化疗;有效病例继续行原方案化疗4～6周期,然后评价其疗效和安全性。结果部分缓解(PR)10例,稳定(SD)11例,进展(PD)21例;有效率(RR)23.8%,1年生存率32.6%。无化疗相关死亡病例。主要不良反应有骨髓抑制、恶性、呕吐、外周末梢神经毒性等。结论 GEMOX方案治疗晚期胰腺癌患者安全有效率,不良反应可以耐受。
