| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后路经椎弓根半椎体切除、内固定治疗胸腰段爆裂性骨折伴脊髓损伤的疗效。方法 25例严重胸腰段爆裂性骨折伴脊髓损伤患者采用后路经椎弓根半椎体切除减压、钛网和短节段椎弓根内固定治疗。评估治疗前后ASIA下肢运动功能评分(AMS)。结果术后随访12～23个月,骨折均达到复位并临床愈合,未发生内置物断裂和螺钉松动现象,无明显矫正丢失。术后末次随访AMS评分显著高于术前(79.2分vs.36.8分)(P<0.05)。结论后路经椎弓根半椎体切除减压、钛网和短节段椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰段爆裂性骨折伴脊髓损伤,具有创伤小、椎管减压彻底和复位固定良好等优点。
