| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下腹腔置管灌洗引流后期配合胆道镜在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的应用价值。方法对15例SAP患者采用超声引导下经腹腔置管灌洗引流治疗,窦道形成后,再行胆道镜清创治疗。结果 2例因多器官衰竭(MOF)死亡,1例放弃治疗。其余12例全部经胆道镜清创后治愈;其中9例经胆道镜下清创1~2次后治愈,3例经3~5次后治愈,无一例中转手术治疗。结论超声引导经皮腹腔置管灌洗引流后期配合胆道镜清创操作简单、创伤小,在SAP治疗中有较大的辅助价值。
