| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1(PAI-1)与肝纤维化发生的关系。方法对30例乙型肝炎患者行肝脏活检,明确肝纤维化分级。正常肝组织3例,1~2级肝纤维化12例,3级肝纤维化8例,肝硬化7例。采用免疫组化及半定量分析方法,检测PAI-1在肝纤维化组织中的表达。结果在正常肝脏中,PAI-1仅在汇管区细胞浆内有少量表达;肝纤维化组PAI-1表达均高于正常肝组织(P<0.05),且随纤维化程度而加重(P<0.05)。在纤维化肝脏,PAI-1主要分布于细胞浆。结论 PAI-1在肝纤维化组织中高表达可能在肝纤维化的发生中起重要作用。
