| 摘 要： | 目的探讨帕瑞昔布对患者术后镇痛及血小板聚集的影响。方法腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者30例,随机均分成2组,采用全凭静脉麻醉,术毕静注帕瑞昔布0.8mg/kg(P组)或生理盐水10ml(C组)。术前和术后30min抽取患者静脉血测定血小板聚集;记录术后安静时和活动后VAS评分。结果 P组在术后12、24h的安静时VAS评分和术后12h的活动后VAS评分均低于C组(P<0.05)。P组术前和术后血小板聚集情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕瑞昔布0.8mg/kg对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者具有显著的术后镇痛效果,但对血小板聚集无显著影响。
