| 摘 要： | 目的了解南京某社区商店女员工血糖、血脂情况。方法选取2010年3~4月南京某社区店女性员工1606例,填写问卷,测量身高、体重、血压。测定空腹血糖(FPG)、血清甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)。分析三个年龄组(20~29岁,30~39岁,40~49岁)血糖、血脂的特征,比较各组高血糖、高血脂的发生率。结果随着年龄的增加,FPG、TC、TG的平均水平逐渐增高,高FPG、高TC、高TG的检出率亦逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论女员工血糖、血脂有异常增高的趋势,应早期防治。 |
