| 摘 要： | 目的评价肋间神经冷冻在国内的临床应用疗效。方法采用电子数据中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、Google搜索引擎和维普中文科技期刊数据库,检索词包括肋间神经冷冻,开胸术,镇痛;搜索有关开胸术后肋间神经冷冻镇痛的随机对照试验,提取数据进行Meta分析,统计软件采用RevMan5。结果共纳入文献19篇,分析后显示肋间神经冷冻组较肌肉注射组镇痛效果好;肋间神经冷冻组和镇痛泵组的镇痛效果没有统计学差异,而肋间神经冷冻组的镇痛不良反应的发生率低。结论肋间神经冷冻的镇痛效果好,可减少应用镇痛药物带来的不良反应。
