生物粘接端端缝合法修复早期周围神经损伤的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察以自体外周血为生物膜室的生物粘接端端缝合法修复损伤早期周围神经的效果。方法选用Wistar大鼠60只,制成坐骨神经损伤模型,然后在双目放大镜下分别用生物粘接端端缝合法和单纯端端缝合法修复大鼠损伤的坐骨神经。术后1、2、3、4、5、6周进行坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)测定,并分批处死,取坐骨神经进行离体神经传导速度(NCV)测定、电镜组织形态学观察。结果生物粘接端端缝合组在SFI、NCV两项指标上均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组修复初期雪旺细胞增生明显,不同时间段的神经纤维再生速度、数目、髓鞘厚度明显优于对照组。结论生物粘接端端缝合法可以促进神经再生,加快神经再生速度与功能恢复。
