| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症的效果及可行性。方法:采用了随机对照研究的方法,把符合CCMD-2-R抑郁症诊断标准的86例抑郁症病人随机分为研究组(44例)和对照组(42例),研究组应用万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗,对照组单用万拉法新治疗,用HAMD、HAMA、TESS量表评定疗效和副作用。结果:研究组HAMD减分率在评定的2、4、6、8周末均高于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMA评分率在评定的2、4、6、8周末均高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组的显效率(84.1%)、有效率(95.5%)。均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组药物的副作用无明显差别。结论:万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症效果好、起效快、无严重副作用,是抑郁症可行的治疗办法。
