| 摘 要： | 慢性应激导致机体神经生化系统的改变与抑郁症的发生关系密切,主要涉及神经递质或调质、神经内分泌激素、神经可塑性等的改变。针灸的抗抑郁机制与其对机体抑郁状态下紊乱的神经生化系统的良性调节作用有关。本文总结了近年针灸治疗抑郁症相关实验研究进展,从(1)单胺类神经递质及其受体,(2)γ-氨基丁酸和谷氨酸,(3)神经肽Y,(4)下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴和下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴活动,及(5)脑源性神经营养因子等五个方面对针灸治疗抑郁症的神经生化机制进行了总结,并对针灸治疗本病的研究进行进一步展望。
