小儿手足口病合并脑干脑炎的MR诊断

目的:的:研究手足口病合并脑炎的MRI表现形式、病变部位、形态、信号特点,提高本病的MRI诊断水平。方法:2011年1月～7月底收治的手足口病重症病例中,12例有神经系统症状的患者,进行头颅MRI检查,使用HPILIPS1.5T Achieva Nova Dual。结果:12例中,病变位于延髓-脑桥交界处10例,延髓、中脑1例,延髓、右额叶1例。T1像上呈低信号12例,T2像上呈高信号12例,DWI像上呈高信号10例、呈低信号2例。病变周边模糊10例、边界清楚2例。结论:MRI诊断手足口病合并脑干脑炎具有重要的诊断价值。

MR diagnosis of Children hand,foot and mouth disease combined with brain stem encephalitis

Objective:To investigate the MRI′s pattern of manifestation、lesion site、shape and the signal characteristics of Children hand, foot and mouth disease combined with brain stem encephalitis to increase the MRI diagnostic level of this disease. Methods:12 cases who suffer from nervous system symptoms of all the patients with severe hand, foot and mouth disease from January to July in 2011 were proceed head MRI (HPILIPS1.5T Achieva Nova Dual). Results:In this 12 cases ,10 Located in the medulla oblongata-pons junction、1 Located in the medulla oblongata and the midbrain、1 Located in the medulla oblongata and right frontal.On T1,12 cases present low signal.12 cases present high signal on T2.On DWI 10 high signal and 2 low signal.10 Lesions surrounding is fuzzy and 2 is clear.Conclusion:MRI has important value on the diagnosis of hand, foot and mouth disease combined with the brain stem encephalitis.
