| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术后腹胀的原因及预防措施。方法:将400例剖宫产术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予术后早期正确饮食、早期活动指导以及安装静脉止痛泵止痛等预防措施;对照组术后常规护理,未给予特殊处置,待肛门排气后进食。对2组产妇术后腹胀发生率进行比较,分析术后出现腹胀的相关因素。结果:实验组腹胀发生率明显低于对照组。结论:剖宫产术后给予早期正确饮食及活动指导、腹部按摩、有效止痛是减少和解除剖宫产术后腹胀的有效措施。
