| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨NICU控制医院感染的护理管理,提高护理质量。方法:2008年10月～2010年12月全方位制定NICU控制医院感染的护理管理措施,责任落实,严格执行消毒隔离制度和医院感染检测制度,加强医院感染知识的继续教育,强化护理人员标准预防的观念。结果:NICU控制医院感染的护理管理工作制度化、规范化,各项消毒隔离工作达到医院感染管理标准,降低了医院感染的发生率。结论:护理管理对控制医院感染起到了主导和关键的作用。
