摘    要:目的测定甘草商品药材中有害元素的残留情况。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),对甘草中的9种有害元素(铜、砷、镉、汞、铅、铝、铬、锡、钡)的残留量进行测定。结果在26批甘草商品药材中均发现以上9种有害元素的残留,其中铜、砷、镉、汞、铅5种元素的残留量低于《中华人民共和国药典》2005版中所规定的限度,但是铝、铬、钡3种元素的残留量则明显高于其他元素的平均水平。结论常用甘草商品药材中有害元素的残留量因元素的种类不同而存在差异,对于《中华人民共和国药典》中已规定的5种元素,残留量低于国家规定限度。但对于其他4种元素,残留情况明显不同,应尽快制定相关的测定方法和残留限度。

Abstract:Objective To determinate the toxic elements in Radix Astragali by ICP-MS. Methods The elements of Cu, As, Cd, Hg, Pb, Al, Cr, Sn, Ba in Radix Astragali were analyzed by ICP-MS. Results There were toxic elements in Radix Astragali. The concentration of Cu, As, Cd, Hg and Pb were not over the limits of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, but the concentration of Al, Cr and Ba were over the levels of other elements obviously.
