| 摘 要： | 为进一步了解Ｂｃｌ－２在基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌发生中的作用，作者应用免疫组织化学方法观察了４例ＢＣＣ和４例ＳＣＣ冰冻组织内Ｂｃｌ－２的表达。在４例ＳＣＣ中２例组织内肿瘤细胞见有明显的阳性染色，而ＢＣＣ阳性染色主要在间质的炎细胞中，瘤细胞末见确切的阳性染色。作者认为这些瘤组织内Ｂｃｌ－２阳性表达不同，可能是不同瘤组织自身抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡的一种自动平衡反应。

| Abstract: | In oroler to further study the role of apotosis on basal cell carcinoma(BCC)and sguamous cell carcinoma(SCC)development,the authors examined the expression of bcl-2 in 4 SCC and 4 BCC obtained from frozen tissue using immunohistochemical methods.Expression of bcl-2 in tumor cells was observed in 2 of 4 SCC but not in 4 BCC.The authors believe that the difference of bcl-2 expression in these tissues.suggests that it may represent a homeostatic response to high rats of apotosis in difference tumor tissue.In this study of bcl-2,the authors connot entirelly understand the inhibition of apotosis,as there are other genes that intervene in the regulation of apotosis. |
