| 摘 要： | 目的：研究白介素 ２（ＩＬ ２）对预防尖锐湿疣（ＣＡ）复发的效果。方法：应用ＩＬ ２治疗电灼术后的ＣＡ患者３６例，与３６例采用聚肌胞治疗者作对比，随访６个月。结果：治疗组的复发率为１３．９％，而对照组的复发率为３８．９％。结论：治疗组的复发率低于对照组（χ２＝５．７８，Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＩＬ ２是防治ＣＡ的一种有效的细胞因子。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of preventing relapse of condyloma acuminatum(CA) with Interleukin 2 (IL 2).Method:36 patients with CA after electrofulguration were treated with IL 2 and compared with 36 patients treated with Poly IC.Results:The results showed that the relapse rate was 13.9%,while it was 38.9% in the control in 6 months after treatment.Conclusion:It indicated that the relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control(χ 2=5.78, P <0.05).IL 2 was a cell factor effective to prevent and cure CA. |
