超声在腹部创伤中的诊断价值

目的探讨超声在腹部创伤诊断中的应用及其价值。方法对82例腹部创伤超声图像进行回顾性分析,并与手术结果或临床治疗结果相比较。结果82例腹部创伤超声阳性发现率88%（72/82）,实质性脏器损伤诊断符合率90%（45/50）,空腔脏器损伤诊断符合率64%（9/14）,其他脏器损伤并发腹膜后血肿符合率87%（7/8）。结论二维超声能显示损伤的实质性脏器的位置、程度、出血肿胀情况,并能动态观察、指导临床治疗和随诊,对腹腔实质性脏器破裂的诊断有较高的价值。对空腔脏器的损伤能提供有效的诊断信息。

Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound in Abdominal Trauma
