益寿汤对亚急性衰老模型小鼠抗衰老作用观察

目的：探讨益寿汤滋补强壮作用的机制。方法：昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、益寿汤组、八珍汤组，每组10只。除空白对照组外，其余3组采用皮下注射D-半乳糖法制备小鼠亚急性衰老模型，观察各组小鼠治疗前后血清及脑组织中SOD、GSH-Px活力及NO、MDA水平，治疗前后胸腺及脾脏指数、胸腺皮质厚度及胸腺皮质淋巴细胞数的变化。结果：与模型对照组比较，益寿汤组和八珍汤组小鼠血清及脑组织中SOD、GSH-Px酶活力升高，MDA及NO含量降低（P〈0．01）；胸腺皮质厚度、胸腺皮质淋巴细胞数增加（P〈0．01），胸腺指数及脾脏指数增加（P〈0．01）。结论：益寿汤可能通过抗氧化、提高免疫力而发挥其传统的滋补强壮作用。

Anti-aging effect of Yishou Tang on sub-acute aging model mice

Aim: To study the tonic effect of Yishou Tang.Methods: The mice were allocated into 4 groups:the control group,the model group,the Yishou Tang group,and the Bazhen Tang group, 10 mice in each group.The sub-acute aging model was established by intramuscularly injecting D-galactose.The changes of biochemical and immune indexes were determined. Results:Yishou Tang and Bazhen Tang markedly increased the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and brain tissue (P<0.01),and greatly decreased the contents of MDA and NO in serum and brain tissue (P<0.01). They also increased the thickness of thymus and cortical lymphocyte of the sub-acute aging mice(P<0.01),and improved the spleen and thymus indexes (P<0.01).Conclusion: The tonic effect of Yishou Tang might be achieved through its anti-oxidization and improving the immunity.
