上海市流动人口艾滋病健康教育干预方法研究

目的通过在流动人口中不同人群采用不同的健康教育方法进行艾滋病知识干预,了解人群艾滋病防治知识的变化,探索开展流动人口艾滋病健康教育干预的有效方法。方法选择上海浦东、长宁、嘉定、青浦4个区5个镇的3287名流动人口作为干预对象,按照不同人群分5组进行基线调查,然后分别进行不同形式的健康教育干预,并对干预前后的效果进行比较。结果干预前平均得分为47.1分,干预后平均得分为60.1分,不同人群有敏感度不同的健康教育形式,同时,健康教育效果受到年龄、文化程度和收入水平等因素影响。结论对流动人口来说,群体传播和大众传播是开展艾滋病健康教育比较有效的形式。

Study of health education intervention methods of AIDS among floating population in Shanghai

Objective To get the effective health education intervention methods of AIDS in floating population by different intervention methods in various floating population and monitoring the change of their AIDS knowledge. Methods 3287 persons of 5 towns in Pudong,Changning,Jiading and Qingpu were chosen as investigated objects.After baseline survey,the intervention with different health education methods were carried out,and the results before and after the intervention were compared.Results The scores before and after the intervention were respectively 47.1 and 60.1.The people with different characters needed different health education methods.And the effect of health education was influenced by age,education level and economic situation,etc.Conclusion Group communication and mass communication are the effective health education methods of AIDS in floating population.
