摘    要:目的 :了解广州地区临床分离葡萄球菌的耐药水平。方法 :对 1998年下半年自广州市 12间大医院临床分离的 30 1株葡萄球菌进行了临床资料的分析及纸片扩散法微生物敏感性实验。结果 :临床分离的葡萄球菌在病区、标本分布方面以外科和痰标本多见 ;苯唑西林耐药葡萄球菌 (MRS)的分离率是 4 7 8% (144 / 30 1) ;耐苯唑西林的金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)占 4 2 .4 %(72 / 170 ) ,耐苯唑西林的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (MRCNS)占 55.0 % (72 / 131) ;耐苯唑西林的葡萄球菌 (MRSA ,MRCNS)表现为多重耐药性 ,其耐药率明显高于苯唑西林敏感的葡萄球菌 ;未发现对万古霉素耐药的葡萄球菌。

Abstract:Objective:To acquire the information of drug_resistance of clinical Staphylococcus isloates in Guangzhou district. Method:301 strains of Staphylococcus isolated clinically in 12 hospitals in Guangzhou district were tested for their drug_resistance with disk diffusion test,and the related clinical data wete also analysed. Results:Clinically isolated Staphylococci were distributed more often in surgery department than in other department,more often in sputum than in other kinds of specimens. The percentage of methicillin_resistant Staphylococcus (MRS),of methicillin_resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA),and of methicillin_resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus (MRCNSA),were 47.8%(144/301),42.4%(72/170),and 55.0%(72/131),respectively. MRSA and MRCNS showed multiple resistance to antibiotics,the drug_resistant rate of which was significantly higher than that of methicillin_sensitive Staphylococcus (MSS). No strain was found to be resistant to Vancomycin.
