| Abstract: | Nitrosamine is a carcinogenic agent, but it was difficult to measure. An instrument for detecting the trace amount of nitrosamine in food was desirable. The principle of the instrument is based on chemical luminescence, its sensitivity arrived several nanogrames. It has been used over for two years, it works very stable and reliable. The principles of the instrument were described briefly as well. |
