| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性荨麻疹患者血清白三烯B4的改变与发病的关系。方法：采用酶联免疫法对65例慢性荨麻疹患者血清白三烯B4进行测定，并以42例健康正常人作为对照。结果：研究组血清白三烯B4水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：慢性荨麻疹患者的发病与血清白三烯B4水平有关，在对其常规抗组胺治疗的同时，抗白三烯B4的治疗可提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum leukotriene B4 and the development of chronic urticaria.Methods:Plasma level of leukotriene B4 in 65 patients with chronic urticaria and 42 healthy controls were detected by enzyme immunoassay method.Results:The results showed that plasma level of leukotriene B4 in 65 patients with chronic urticaria was significantly higher than that of normal controls.There was statistical difference in two groups.Conclusion:It was suggested that leukotriene B4 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria. |
