大学生情感表达和个人评价与社交焦虑的关系

摘    要:目的探讨大学生情感表达、个人评价与大学生社交焦虑的关系,为健康教育和心理咨询提供依据。方法采用情感表达量表(TAS-20)、个人评价问卷(PEI)和社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD),对江苏省2所高等院校170名大学生进行施测。结果个人评价对社交焦虑有直接负向影响作用,情感表达障碍通过个人评价对社交焦虑存在间接正向作用。结论提高大学生情感表达能力,形成正确个人评价,可以有效改变大学生的社交焦虑状况,有利于促进大学生身心的健康发展。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship of emotional expression and personal evaluation with social anxiety in undergraduates,and to provide evidence basis for health education and psychological counseling.Methods 170 undergraduates in Jiangsu Province were recruited and investigated with TAS-20(Toronto Alexithymia Scale),PEI(Personal Evaluation Inventory)and SAS(Social Anxiety Scale).Results Personal evaluation had direct negative effects on social anxiety,and emotion expression had indirect positive effects on social anxiety through personal evaluation.Conclusion To enhance emotional expression and establish correct personal evaluation may change status of social anxiety and promote the psychosomatic health in undergraduates.
