超声透药疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究

目的研究超声透药疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法将46例患者分为试验组和观察组,每组23例。试验组应用超声透药疗法进行治疗,观察组用常用的物理治疗,如He-Ne激光照射、中频电治疗、红外线照射等进行治疗(两组全身用药情况相同)。两组均在治疗前后进行视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)疼痛评定。结果两组在治疗后的VAS比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的治愈率明显高于观察组(P<0.01)。结论应用超声透药疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,效果好、使用安全、副作用少。

The efficacy on sequel neuralgia in herpes zoster with phonophoresis treatment

Objective To analyze the efficacy on Post-herpetic neuralgia（PHN） with Phonophoresis Treatment.Method The patients were divided into two group,experiment group and observation group.The experiment group were given phonophoresis treatment,observation group physics parameter multimodality treatment,for example： He-Ne laser treatment,medium frequency-clectricty treatment,infra-red rays treatment,（oral medicine of both groups were same）.The degree of pain by means of the VAS scale were valued before treatment and after treatment.Result With compared with that after the treatment,there′s significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）,the curative rate of PHN in phonophoresis treatment group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion Phonophoresis treatment has good curative effect for patients with PHN with little side effect.
