双人核对输液法降低儿科病房输液差错发生率的研究

目的:探讨双人核对输液法在降低儿科病房输液差错发生率中的作用效果。方法:应用双人核对输液法输液6536次与应用传统的"三查七对"输液核对方式进行的输液的3548例作比较,比较两种核对方式发生护理差错的次数及改正情况。结果:传统核对法改正情况仅占出现的27.6%(8/29),双人核对输液法发现的差错均得到及时改正,为100%(8/8)。结论:双人核对输液法能够降低儿科病房输液差错的发生,对于减少护理差错、提高护理质量、优化护患关系都具有重要意义。

Double check the infusion reduces the incidence of pediatric wards of transfusion errors

Objective To explore the effect of double check the infusion method to reduce the incidence of pediatric transfusion errors. Methods Applicate the double check infusion in infusion 6 536 times.Application of the traditional＂three examinations seven pairs＂way of checking fluid infusion of 3 548 cases,compared of two kinds of care the way check the number and correction of errors in case.Results Traditional matching methods to correct the situation only occurs 27.6% （8/29）,double check the infusion were found in the timely correction of errors,100% （8/8）.Conclusion Double check the infusion to reduce the incidence of pediatric transfusion error,for the reduction of nursing errors and improve nursing quality,optimize the nurse-patient relationship is of great significance.
