| 摘 要： | 目的 观察曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂对小儿常年性和季节性鼻炎的疗效。方法 按随机抽样的方法对68例6～12岁常年性和季节性鼻炎患儿喷鼻。曲安奈德110μg，于治疗前后10、20、30天对11项指标观察记分。结果 68例在治疗后10、20、30天平均记分均明显下降。统计学分析，差异均有显著性，P〈0．01。治疗30天后总有效率94．4％，无明显的毒副反应。结论 曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂使用方便，起效快，效果好，是治疗小儿变应性鼻炎较为理想的药物。
