脑裂头蚴病MRI影像学表现（附七例报道）

目的 探讨脑裂头蚴病的MRI影像学表现及其特点。 方法 收集经临床及手术病理证实的7例脑裂头蚴病患者的MRI资料，患者均行常规MRI平扫和增强检查，回顾性分析其MRI影像学特点。 结果 本组7例患者共有20个病灶，病灶T1WI表现为低或等信号,T2WI表现为高或等信号，增强后呈环形、结节、串珠、扭曲条索样强化，脑白质水肿变性，占位效应轻微或者负占位，其中3例患者病灶的位置和形态发生变化。 结论 脑裂头蚴病MRI增强图像强化特征具有一定特点，复查病灶移行性是其更重要的特异性。

MRI features of cerebral sparganosis: a report of 7 cases

Objective To investigate the MRI features of cerebral sparganosis. Methods Plain and enhanced MRI data of 7 patients with cerebral sparganosis, confirmed by clinical data and pathology, were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total 20 lesions were detected in the 7 patients.All the lesions displayed isointensity or hypointensity on T1WI, and isointensity or hyperintensity on T2WI. The lesions showed ringed, nodular, beaded or thin enhancement with mild or negative mass effect. Locations and shapes of the lesions in 3 patients changed in the follow-up MR imaging.Conclusion The MR features of the lesions in patients with cerebral sparganosis include their typical enhancement, which is beneficial to the diagnosis of lesions migration.
