超声诊断早期肝硬化的临床诊断价值

目的探究应用彩色多普勒超声诊断早期肝硬化的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2006年5月至2009年11月应用彩色多普勒超声检测的肝胆疾病的患者,抽取在检查中确诊为早期肝硬化的患者238例和正常健康体检者165例,并记录门静脉系统和脾静脉系统的血流动力学测定值。结果早期肝硬化的患者与正常健康体检者门静脉系统血流动力学参数相比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);二者在脾静脉系统血流动力学参数相比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论应用彩色多普勒超声观察门静脉及脾静脉系统血液动力学变化有助于早期肝硬化的诊断。
