肠安胶囊对132株肠炎常见菌的体外抗菌作用

 目的评估肠安胶囊(内含从牛至中提炼出的精油)体外抗肠炎常见菌的作用,并探讨其机制。方法采用稀释法体外测试肠安胶囊对肠炎常见菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果肠安胶囊对132株肠炎常见菌的MIC为50.00～1000.00g生药·L^-1,MBC为125.00～2000.00g生药·L^-1,与阳性对照药香连片的作用相当。结论肠安胶囊对所有受试菌均具有不同程度的抑菌和杀菌作用,且抗菌谱广,抗菌作用强;可以与香连片交替使用,以减少细菌耐药的发生。

Studies on the antibacterial effects of Chang'an capsule on 132 common enteritis-causing bacteria in vitro

OBJECTIVE Chang'an capsule, containing the essential oils from Origanum vulgare, possesses strong and broad antibacterial effects. This study examined the effect of Chang' an capsule on the common enteritis-causing bacteria in vitro and studied its mechanism. METHODS Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Chang'an capsule against the common enteritis-causing bacteria were measured in vitro by employing dilution method. RESULTS MIC of Chang'an capsule against 132 strains en-tentis-causmg bacteria in vitro was 50.00～1 000.00 g (raw herb)·L^-1 and MBC was 125.00～2 000.00 g(raw herb)·L^-1, suggesting that it is as effective as Xianglian tablet in terms of antibacterial effect. CONCLUSION Chang'an capsule has anti-bacterial and bacteria-inhibitory effeets on all bacteria tested to varying degree. It has a broad anti-bacterial spectrum and strong anti-bacterial effects. If used alternately with Xianglian tablet, it can help reduce the drug resistance.
