胃癌根治术后胃瘫综合征21例诊治体会

目的：探讨胃癌根治术术后胃瘫综合征有效的治疗方法。方法：21例术后胃瘫综台征患者采取综合性保守疗法，同时比较肠内营养（13例）与肠外营养（8例），在胃动力恢复时间、疗程、住院时同、住院费用等方面的结果。结果：21例均痊愈，其中肠内营养组胃动力恢复时间为13d，疗程16d，住院时间21d；肠外营养组分别为21d，25d和34d。18例随访半年，恢复良好．未见并发症。结论：术后胃瘫综合征经综合性保守治疗均又获得良好疗效，其中营养支持是关键，与肠外营养比较，肠内营养效果更明显。

The treatment of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome:21 cases report

Objective:To investigate the difference of parenteral nutrition (PN) and enteral nutrition (EN) in the treatment of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome.Methods:21 patients with postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome were divided into two groups:13 patients were in EN group and 8 patients in PN group.The time of renewing stomach dynamic,the days of receiving therapy and staying in hospital,and the total cost of each patient were recorded.Results:The time of renewing stomach dynamic,the days of receiving therapy and staying in hospital in EN group were 13 days,16 days,21 days respectively,were shorter than those in PN group (21,25,34 days respectively).Conclusion:Compare with parenteral nutrition,enteral nutrition is a more effective and simple method in the treatment of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome.
