| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三氯乙烯皮肤染毒豚鼠脾组织匀浆及血清中白细胞介素-10（IL-10）表达的变化及意义。方法FMMU白化豚鼠28只,随机分为实验组、阳性对照组和阴性对照组,皮肤染毒后ELISA法测定各组血清脾中及IL-10变化水平。结果实验组脾组织IL-10水平高于阳性对照组和阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;实验组血清中IL-10水平高于阳性对照组和阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论IL-10可能在三氯乙烯所致的过敏性接触性皮炎的发病中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To measure the level of interleukin 10 in the spleen tissue homogenate and in sera of guinea pigs and its significance. Methods 28 FMMU guinea pigs were randomly divided into experimental group, negative control group and positive control group and then trichloroethylene were applied on the skin of guinea pigs. IL-10 in the spleen tissue homogenate and sera was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbert assays. Results The level of IL-10 of experimental group in the spleen tissue homogenate and sera was significantly higher than that of the positive control groups and negative control group.Conclusion IL-10 may play an important role in allergy contacting dermatitis. |
