510例上切牙金瓷修复体的比色研究

摘    要:目的对510例上切牙金瓷修复体的比色进行探讨。方法收集并整理上切牙金瓷修复体病例资料的比色记录;记录上中切牙、侧切牙采用镍铬合金、钴铬合金及金合金金瓷修复体的病例数;统计金瓷修复体的比色色阶的病例数并计算各自百分比,以及修复体比色的明度、色相和色度的频数值。结果510例病例资料中,中切牙359例,侧切牙151例;镍铬合金、钴铬合金、金合金金瓷修复体分别为229例、206例和75例。比色研究显示,修复体比色最多见的为2M2(92例,18%)、3M1(62例,12%)、2M1(54例,11%)。从修复体比色色彩学的频数分析,明度1、2、3、4中以2的频数最大(277),色相L、M、R中以M的频数最大(311),色度浅、中、深以浅色度频数最大(291)。结论大部分杭州地区患者,其金瓷修复体多为高明度、浅色度,色相居于中间值的比色。

Abstract:Objective To investigate shade selection of 510 upper incisor cases of metal ceramic restorations. Methods Shade se-lectioas of metal ceramic restorations were collected and put in order. The case number of Nickel-chromium alloy, Cobalt-chromium al-loy and Au-aUoy eeramometal restorations was recorded respectively. In addition, the case number of shade grade, percentage, value, hue and ehroma was counted. Results 359 cases of eentral incisor and 151 cases of lateral incisor were included in 510 cases. Nickel-chromium alloy, Cobalt-chromium alloy and Au-alloy ceramometal restorations were 229 cases, 206 cases and 75 cases, respectively. Study of shade selection indicated that 2M2 (92 cases, 18%) ,3M1 (62 cases, 12%) and 2M 1 (54 cases, 11%) were the most select-ed shade grade. In frequency analysis of shade ehromatology,grade 2 in value had the most frequency (277) ,grade M in hue 311 ,and grade light in chroma 291. Conclusion Shade of metal ceramic restorations selected by most patients in Hangzhou area in this studytook on higher value,light ehroma and medium hue as characteristics.
